Q: What time does the quarterly ordering window close?

A: 12:00am EST.
Q: Do I need to do anything to submit quarterly orders?
A: No, the orders will automatically process at the close of the order window for each user role. Please refer to the ordering calendar for these dates.
Q: Do I need to save quarterly Ordering Windows?
A: No, they save automatically.
Q: Can I see the orders I am working on in my Order History?
A: No, you cannot see orders in order history until the windows has closed.  You can see them in Order Review.
Q: What do I do if I delete an item from a Quarterly Ordering Window and need it back?
A: Please navigate back to the Quarterly Pre-Order listings page where you can view all active programs. Find the program you are interested in and view the details by clicking on the circular brand logo. From there, navigate to the items tab within that program, find the product in question and add it back to your order by clicking the + all the way to the right in that item row.
Q: How is tax estimated?
A: Tax is estimated by taking an average of all counties in the state the item is shipping to and using that as an estimate.

Q: When do orders batch?
A: Tuesday & Thursday at 12:00 am EST
Q: What if I can’t find my item on the site after Creative has uploaded it?
A: Ensure you are on the correct territory to view and if it’s still not showing please contact Samara Cowler
Q: What do I do if I’m not receiving the automated emails from RTA?
A: First check your Quarantine Digest to ensure they are not being stopped by Gallo email.  If that is not the case reach out to Select Help desk.
